How to use Linux as your operating system? LTS versions

Many people like to use Linux operating system, but alas, the task is too much to learn. Developers of Linux often try new features but lack followers to test and debug their new codes. Too much time needed to use any new versions of Linux distros. Ubuntu LTS version 8.04 is pretty much bugs free. Firefox 3.6 is just updated.

This proves that it took Ubuntu 5 years to make an operating system bugsfree. this is the version you can use daily. You can play with newer versions, and wait for Ubuntu to autoupdate until its bugfree, but not use daily for big data online banking for fear of ext4 corruption of data from write back operation.

Its also important to know that Ubuntu drivers compatibility maybe easier to change hardware to fit available drivers already installed in your Ubuntu version 12.10. Just plugin a few pcmcia cards to check out wireless cards. Instead of wasting time to find a driver for whatever wireless card you own.

So, you learn what autoupdate did for Ubuntu. Many Linux distros did not have autoupdate, and you have to fix all the problems that shows up yourself.

So, if you happen to have the same computer as the distro founder, then you might be lucky enough to run that distro bugsfree. No drivers compatibility problems, if the hardware is the same for the same distro.

Re: How to use Linux as your operating system? LTS versions

Once, you can use Linux LTS versions without bugs, the only problem left is the inability to update broswer because of the kernel number incompatibilities.

Fortunately, adobe flash player can come to fix up browser update problems.

The latest adobe has webgL that can play most smartphone apps and games in addition to replacing html5 and opengL.

Re: How to use Linux as your operating system? LTS versions

Linux operating system LTS versions are no use because PC architecture is too slow for bigdata webpages. Phones are faster to get webpages.

Future of computer business is now in doubt. Intel is not willing to support and follow Ubuntu in software development.

Even email is losing ground to short messages. Bulletin boards like facebook and twitter are easier to get friends and relatives informed.

In a few more years, all this will be finalized.
