Since 2008, revolution in the enterprise system ? Data centers changed

The concept of cloud computing forced a change in data center design. USB terabyte hdd are available very cheap; and data compression uses video(mpeg4/h.264 and 720p HD instead of vga) instead of ascii codes. Switching hubs was replaced by ondemand server for each user.

Computer architecture gives up disk operating system, ethernet, and many drivers of peripherals on pci bus. All connections are now USB edgeQam thru satellites, wireless or wired.

Data is either uploaded or downloaded, no longer saved, edited or deleted. A record is always kept on the USB bus some where redundant for safe keeping.

The user can use tablets, cellphones or webbooks(TV display 720p HD) to view anything on the enterprise system.

The change is brought about by the adoption of TV stations DTV format(2007) using mpeg4/h.264 encoder/decoder, using TV high definition displays. DTV uses high definition and pixel scanning also active-x directory, which is faster and more efficient than vga and html5.

So, computer design is simplified to use only telephone trunk lines, and TV displays. Serial data upload and download can use 8 bit cpu. Serial data clocks can go upto 75 ghz radio waves.

This created new standards of data transmission formats and zoom technology in jpeg for video data compression to thumbnails.

Thumbnail video data transmission is now used in Twitter webpages to speed up download from server farm in real time packets(posix not dotnet)

Webpage now includes application software and realtime operating system for cloud computing by dynamic display in time space continuum..

The use of ondemand servers for users is prompted by movie downloads in bit torrent locking connection(packet switching virtual private network assurance of download integrity).

This has been proven out in cableTV plants. Now extended into TV program ondemand downloads, and realtime webpage downloads as well.

Realtime webpage downloads 24/7 on one webpage is best for multitasking tablets of 12 tasks all day or upto 20 tasks all day in 20 windows on boot splash screen.

Warning footnote:
However, beware of Google gears running on your webpage(ajax.googleapis script has to be stopped on twitter webpage). Ajax.googleapis slows down keyboard input(examines single character as in instant search, instead of word between spaces) to Twitter webpage workspace. Eventually google gears may provide text to voice or voice commands in workspace on webpage. But at this moment, no standards set to avoid intrusion on other's webpage applications.

Microsoft thinks,cloud computing is Bing and Google search engines doing advertizing. They have troubles converting private cloud to public cloud enterprise systems. The targeted  customers are not paying.

Obviously, they tried to convert protocols to get everyone into public cloud. But there is no money in protocol conversion, when there are no monetary incentives.

In the means time, telephone and cableTV companies discovered what public cloud means, they own the customers in their enterprise systems. They are lists of captive paying customers in the data center, easily targeted by income levels.

Data centers have been consolidating to gain productivity. Data transfer rate is the key productivity factor. Ethernet has gone upto 10 gigabyte per second rate. But alas, it has been wasted on graphics and tool kit bloatedness. Each change in rich experience made enterprise data centers wasting money on eyecandy. Today, wifi uses reduced pixel data compression to speed up data transfer rich experience or not.

The expense of switching hubs and routing inefficiency made ethernet lass effective than wiFi, even if wifi is slower(80% speed). But the lack of wires and hubs made wifi more direct and great for broadcasting to multiple servers updating at the same time.

So, the debate in the future is how to use private cloud in the data centers giving up switching hubs for server virtual private wifi cards(AEGIS by sound card).
