How to make meat tender ? Cut it or recook it ?

When you cut meat by paper thin sliced on machine, the meat became tender or melts in your mouth. Its the machine age standard of living.

Mexican food used a different technique, which is pulled meat usually pork but turkey works really well. Pulled meat is stringing and tender because of the tiny strings of meat, which melts in your mouth.

Meat also can be soaked in water and microwave for five minutes at half power(500 watts) to make it tender if it was tough.

Then there is the slow cooker for less than ten hours of low temperature cooking to make meat tender. what most people did not know is that cooked and tough meat can still be made more tender recooked in slow cooker.

To make meat tender is the ultimate of preparing food to be enjoyed.

Microwave can steam cooked tough meat tender in five minutes. To be sure you better soak the tough meat in water while microwave it.

Old cookies and doughnuts  can be steamed back to life in 20 seconds and not a second more. Dough instead of getting rubbery, got melts by its oil content. Its really hot, watch out. But hard bakery melted.

Secret of microwave is real fun to learn. Will two minutes do the job of five minute tenderizing cooking in water?
