Use download manager to fight open flow controllers ? skipped data

Open flow controllers are used to skip a few frames of streaming video and audio packets.

Unfortunately, it is also used to sabotage bit torrent virtual private networks of software download. Long software downloads will miss a few packets after 90% has been downloaded. it completes download a little too fast at the end, so that you wasted your time and have to download again against open flow controllers.

Only if your download manager remembered checksum, and can complete the download for the last 10%, can you save your download.
