No use going around trying to tell your computer where you are, ip address is the trust factor in security, and location identification is important and automatic so you can not fool people with password when your location is wrong for that password. Once locale is defined, language and keyboard map can be switched by shift-alt? Austrumi languages has shift-alt to swtich keyboards.

We have DNS servers that assign ip address(ipv4) and can tell us the location of that ip address. But the new ipv6 has more digits, and still uses DNS servers. And yet, the gateway routers also serve as ipv6 servers(DNS), So you may have to ping the ip address on the gateway router to get the locale and time zone?

Cisco's attempt does not make a standard for telephone systems. It will become part of the AT&T unix operating system for satellite transmission of data.
This is why WiFi traffic system is going thru browser design(with Microsoft), and browser functions will be able to fold into AT&T Unix operating system.

Right now we are testing radio off when we are not connected to router, then turn radio on to connect ASAP. We are showing routr connected but no radio on signal. Then when our browser is send TX, we have to reconnect router and search DNS server for website ip address. It is very slow even if we use double click to get DNS server.
We will need a better logic and packet header to stay connected without radio on(preregistered ip address) for instant connect, and TX packet will download RX packets from website immediately through DNS record of the user. This is because http: address is not ipV4 or ipV6 address. Router DNS server just need a small database of favorite http: address converting to ipV4 or ipV6. Of course, we can convert http: favorites into ipV4 and ipV6 addresses in the browser faster than in Routers.
