Microsoft wifi traffic control tested mesh data channel and assigned the alternate channel to be connected, but alas no encryption to connect. This step needs realtime script to connect mesh channels to your wifi or virtual AEGIS wifi.

The traffic control software of this massive wifi system is painfully slow one step at a time. Architecture structure is now being programmed. Before, the traffic control is examining data channels of data rates and data channels of carrier class channels. Now mesh wifi channels.

Its not going to be finished anytime soon. But progress of gathering all the data channels under one roof, then automatically switch your busy wifi channel to many but one free mesh channel(no radio signals) will be done quickly and smoothly. Then switch back to your normal channel again until next time you use your wifi signals.

Once the architecture of wifi system is designed, and you are assigned to an open hotspot, traffic will reroute you to free hotspots when you send out packets. This is done easily by unix(one byte filesystem) rerouting satellite transmission(frame relay) at AT&T kansas office. But for Microsoft it is a new invention. So far only mistake is using small packets that got lossy. Large packets can have checksum continuity.

We will establish a block diagram of wifi data channels and how data is rerouted. And webpage packets will be combined in frame relay, so that packets are not lossy because of records of frames can identify the delivery of webpage packets. Will mesh channel packets piggyback on encrypted frame relay? We may have to debate the most efficient ways, unless some telco engineers are hired by Microsoft?

As you can see, tablets are now designed by telco and using TV technology. computer manufacturers are not capable of doing data transfer systems. TV technology of IF discriminators and time delay multiplexers are important data transfer methods. and RGB display(mpeg4/h.264) is more efficient than vga, fonts, and html.

Download manager using accelerators of upto 10 data channels doing 10 server downloads can now do wifi mimo /n OFDM /g data transfer or DSSS /b on mimo /n devices whether hardware or software AEGIS protocol?

Microsoft servers can do 450-540 kBps bit torrent downloads in download manager accelerators up from 200 kBps. It can be further improved upto 450 mbps on cable modem wifi gateway routers.

Wifi traffic control will set up standards for mimo /n maximum data channels allowed for maximum speed.

Microsoft has MSN portal to do wifi ISP on the streets via GPS satellites and ground stations(data centers)?

How to accommodate 3000 users on each gateway routers on the street?
You need registered users with MAC address and ip address already assigned plus new user registration and roaming users identified by MAC address servers.

Then you can immediately transfer their packets on any router.

Average use of internet is on a per day basis. 2/3 times of googling; 10 websites visited; and 3 email account storage on the net. This is the average of time spent and can be accommodated by slight delay on cue or mesh channel if busy.

WiFi system has to be able to trace the movement of MAC address for security purpose in addition to encryption and ip address on the packet header. Trust factor is the major concern. Data integrity is the traffic control ftp server resend purpose. OFDM may have to be rolled back to DSSS for less resend of packets.

Now that we have all the components of the Wifi traffic control identified and can fix the relational database for records, it is safe to use.

We are now looking at Microsoft wifi traffic control and wifi tweaking. Now radio short header is used.

Signal strength and range are also being tweaked, 1 mbps(DSSS) and 6 mbps(OFDM) are the longest distance transmission. 11 mbps and 54 mbps are the shortest distance to your gateway router. Data rate depends on the distance to your router, but Microsoft is also tuning the power level(1 watt?) on the router for each user ip address or MAC address(signal strength 8-42 %).

If there are two routers in the area, then the edge technology will adjust the power level of each router to cover relative areas of user population. In Framingham public library, there are three routers to cover all the users in each three areas of the library. By shifting power level, some users can be shifted to the router not as busy. This edge(also includes data compression) technology came from cellphone microwave towers.

In city blocks, 8 blocks is one mile, each house maybe 50-100 feet and 5 occupants. To service 3000 users, router must have higher power levels to cover more city blocks. One watt power may cover one city block in four directions(omni) estimated upto 4000 users. High riser apartments may need one router for each of several floors.

ipV6 is now the DNS server on the ipV4 router 192.168.0.1. But it should have location map on the router to assign ipV6 address. Someday, ipV6 will be long distance WiFi, and local WiFi will be ipV4. Two sets of DNS servers for overload switch over.

We are now into the nitty witty or gritty of the wifi business. WiFi is like fax in the telephone(cellphone) business.

Recently, Microsoft made some very serious mistakes in wifi traffic control. They are following a proposed standard called open flow. Which is a traffic control by a controller to force denial of service on audio and video streaming service. It resulted in skipped frames of video and audio delivery. Microsoft download of W2k sp4 of 129 mB was short a few packets after 90% of the download was completed. Then download of dotnet framework also pretended to have completed download but failed install repeatedly. If you had used download manager, you could avoid open flow sabotage.

Open flow wasted time to control traffic, because an unfinished task will be tried over and over again, wasting time. Traffic control means you complete the task ASAP with reduced pixels data compression. Then traffic is free for all others to use wifi internet downloads. Never allow resend will mean tweaking wifi protocols, so that download efficiency with frame relay goes up. Reduced pixels data compression is now trying out at Twitter to reduce mP to kP thumbnails for realtime webpage download. Its zoomed data up or down with straight line corrections(of jagged lines).

Open flow as a traffic control is a joke to fool people. It wasted productivity and destroys information technology. If your browser has download manager use it against open flow controller. If your browser can add skin, some has download manager.

We have come against some stupid foolishness in information technology. Open flow means open the bit torrent virtual network and let it(data) overflow. Sabotage indeed.

Tweaking wifi parameters? signal strength at 56% is very good. at 43-46% is low. these are comments on OFDM 12 mbps, 18 mbps and 24 mbps data rates.

unfortunately, 56% signal strength quality is poor and 24 mbps(OFDM) had 4.0x of resend of RX packets(20% efficient receipt of RX packets). If DSSS is used at 2 mbps, the resend ratio might be as low as 2.0x of RX. One RX packet received for two RX packets received but had to be resend(33% efficient traffic control).

Tweaking of parameter of wifi must study resend ratios(good RX/bad RX), and use the best for efficiency purpose not speed purely.

So, OFDM has problems we did not yet know well. And slower data rates can transmit longer range instead of signal strength that might have jammed some encrypted signals, visa versa? This is real practical research of radio signals jamming characteristics. High power signals are jamming more effectively. Longer range signals maybe discriminated better in the IF filters and their amplifiers. Microsoft autoupdate people has much to learn one aspect of wifi after another.

But, take your time. This is going to be rewarding after practical experiences show us the best way to do traffic control(tweaking wifi parameters)? When your radio on to ping the router, you get the resend data back for you to readjust all parameters for busy traffic control, which is lowering data rates for every user. But you might be more efficient to start with low data rates as traffic builds up. Then provide longer tasks of software or movie downloads with mesh data channels on free encrypted gateways.

Tweaking signal strength is futile, because it will assign OFDM 12-36 mbps data rates. Due to resend, the kBps is limited to 50-100 kBps effected speed. If the data rate tweaking go to 5.5 mbps, Microsoft downloads can consistently transfer 450 kBps. This translates to 4.5 mbps data rate on DSSS system of transmission.

Once this is understood, 11 mbps data rate can be tweaked to discover higher data transfer speed? We are onto something wonderful, not getting fooled by OFDM and signal jamming by signal strength. Based on FM radio signal strength and tuner sensitivity data studies, 3 microvolts is the best for reception by 1.2 microvolt sensitive tuners. 10-30 microvolt signals maybe reflected by buildings(ghost signals) and difficult to receive clear signals. This is now a problem with DTV orthogonal signals in the UHF band too. Directional antenna works better with OFDM. DSSS signals works better with omni directional antenna. 19% signal strength is better than 61% for radio signal reception on wifi antenna. Signal to noise(ghost noise) ratio studies will reveal.

It seems that signal strength has something to do with data rate assignment. 38% is 12 mbps. 42% is 18 mbps. 50% is 24 mbps. 61% is 36 mbps. Then 19% is 1-2 mbps. 24% maybe 5.5 mbps? We then can study ghost signal problems of OFDM and its antenna(pci loop or USB 3/4" long  directional)?

Tweaking is a lot of fun, but wait until you try 450 kBps webpage downloads? I have today, and it is extremely impressive download speed. Now we know wifi traffic control has a target to reach a workable standard of transmission speed.

USB wifi with directional antenna needs to rotate 90 degrees for maximum signal strength detection. PC-card wifi too, but orinoco wifi cards and some USB wifi can add external vertical omni antenna.

If you have one RX packet received correctly and one checksum failed and had to be resend, 24 mbps is only 12 mbps.  If at 63% signal strength, you have one good OFDM RX packet for every six checksum failed, it is 24 mbps divided by seven, and it has throughput of 4 mbps. You have fooled yourself, wasting valuable time for good traffic. This seemed to be worse of OFDM than DSSS RX packets. Granted DSSS packets may be two bad RX packets per one good RX packet received. Fudge factor is in the 8 bits per byte conversion. 5.5 mbps converted to 450 kBps due in part to bad RX packets received that had to be resend.

The real data analysis however has to include the ratio of good TX packets per good RX good packet data also. This assumes we are using long RX packets reply to each short packet of inquiring TX.

So, the math of efficiency in analytical data will be used to tweak wifi traffic capacity. DSSS or OFDM selection, signal strength and data rate selection to get maximum traffic efficiency. In wiFi, low signal strength can be used for private encrypted wifi connection at one's home, where no strong wifi unsecured signals can interfere. this condition can be net for mesh channels.

Once research is completed and conditions defined for the wifi traffic control system then it can be installed.

Footnote:
OFDM signals are antenna sensitive better use directional(reject ghost signals better). DSSS can use omni antenna.

We are now in the process of testing the router traffic control software with radio off for occasional users. We are also now ready to design the ipv6 assignment time servers. This server is located by geographical locations related to gps satellite. ipv6 addresses are used to locate by router, 3000 users and their MAC addresses which can roam in other router locations. ipv6 is the same as telephone numbers in POTS system, except it is used in internet exclusively.

We can use the existing symmetricom GPS time servers to add ipv6 address assignment to occassional users in each physical location of global routers. Each router will have records of 3000 ipv6 addresses in its database. One gps time server, may have thousands of routers pinging to synchronize PLL clocks and ip address on record.

We are also interested to have data center packet converters to do seamless conversion of ethernet(private cloud) and posix(public cloud) packets of the same video and audio content to display on the browser workspace. Private and public cloud packets would have no difference as far as display of content goes. many ethernet switching hub data center need packet converters immediately for trial to get on public cloud on wifi global router traffic control system.

This will enable us to start built out of the new wifi global ipv6 system. Symmetricom time servers can give Microsoft a trunk line on the gps satellites with frame relay packets, making data centers ground stations.

To get radio on to use the gateway router, You have to double click on the GUI of the webpage you want to download. single click may not start the router properly to connect to DNS server first to find the website for download.

We recpmmended using 802.11/b wifi for downloads, using DSSS mode. Using free download manager and ace explorer, a speedstream wifi ss1022 did 780 kBps during the download on Sony ericsson servers(previous record was 234 kBps). However, we did repeat the download at 500 kBps, after having some problems with data integrity during the install of the Sony drivers.

This could be just that the P4 cpu at 1.7 ghz, had problems of checksuming the 10 streams of data on free download manager? Have to do more downloads to see where the data corruption came from?

This is all fun when wifi traffic control is being studied at Microsoft autoupdate group. DSSS 11 mbps data rate channel maybe the high speed data channel for bit torrent downloads? Microsoft is still studying OFDM and signal strength; ghost signal data corruption upto 36 mbps at 65 % signal strength yesterday.  54 mbps is the highest data rate per data channel possible. 456 mbps data rate is mimo parallel processing of wifi data transfer speed. The resend ratio of RX packets could still be 6 to 1 although Microsoft is trying to improve that ratio by packet length(longer packets are more efficientl shorter packets less chance to be corrupted).

The way the R&D workload is done by schedule, Wifi traffic control maybe a done deal in six months from now. Meaning, OFDM maybe a lost cause by my conclusion already. We are in front of IEEE body of 802.11 standards to abandon OFDM as the technology for high orthogonal frequency division multiplexer transmission method, going back to time division multiplexer such as double data rate technology? Frequency division is not accurate when wave form is not definable. Time division is synchronized by leading edge and trailing edge of the square wave form? Oversampling noise reduction is based on square wave data.

The way to change is to establish DSSS mode and change to double data rate then abandon OFDM in new designs.

Efficiency in virtual wifi network is now trying out in long or short packets, ondemand server to remove links and consolidate before download of webpage, and speeds of DSSS mode transfer.

The worst arrangement is do half a job first for many users, then lost the list of short packets to finish the webpage downloads. Thus each user get a short duration of bit torrent download to finish the webpage download then start on the next task for a new user.

Traffic control is really whose job gets the finish fast to move on to the next job. Never leave any users hanging, waiting to finish their downloads. If the long lists of links did not get consolidation by ondemand servers.

In the USA, Pots lines are not yet ready for WiFi traffic control. It needs cableTV to install cable modem on the streets to handle 3000 users per street with mesh data channels. This maybe wifi ISP at $5 per user MAC address per month. Cable modem is ethernet and compatible with WiFi.

In the mean time, Wifi traffic control is tried out on Microsoft browser commands. I am using it now. Sad discovery that OFDM part of fast WiFi data rate had data corruption and wasting traffic path time and space continuum by excessive resend RX packets(6x instead of 1x). IEEE has to be informed of this shame. Long term solution is double data rate to replace OFDM.

This is a significant discovery, since FCC approved DTV in 2007 using the same bad technology. we have to inform FCC of the problems of OFDM data corruption during transmission too.

Wifi at 750 kBps to download software is quite impressive using 11 mbps data rate, except for checksum corruption. Most computers can not keep up to keep checksum correct. 550 kBps for 5.5 mbps data rate setting is now everyday performance. But 54 mbps send and receive is still a pipe dream in wifi traffic control.

We are using old /b pcmcia and USB cards to test out DSSS speeds.If you use /g wifi, you can check resend ratio of RX packets(6x).DSSS can have short TX and more RX long packets received(0.8-1x ratio of TX/RX).

Micorsoft wifi traffic control is now handling 3000 occasional users on one router. it is downloading website at 550 kBps, very fast. But occassionally, you have to wait for your turn after every one got their webpage downloaded. Microsoft did not have flashing yellow to show your wifi connection is waiting your turn, then suddenly the complete webpage will be downloaded(yellow will be off).

The wait is not bad, because at 550 kBps the longest webpage is only two or three second each. In less than a minute wait, your webpage will be delivered. The future is that webpages will be in data compression reduced pixels and also the data transfer may be upto 750 kBps or 1000 kBps rate.

So, there are planned improvement for wifi traffic control. Takes less time to deliver each webpage.

Reduced pixels are using zoom technology in jpeg in two steps of 10X(correction in between) to thumbnails and back. Twitter webpage is doing reduced pixels to speed up downloads, they also use ondemand servers to reduce DNS links per webpage.

Have you noticed that bank of america keeps on showing you the same webpage from your history when no transaction change happened. If the webpage checksum remain the same, no download is necessary. We hope they will have three copies each with some transaction changes in history, so we can go paperless someday but have permanent records in our computer at home to check up on our financials. This is another example of reduced pixel download(a checksum comparison).

Google also showed me the previous date that I read the article, so it may be in history instead of downloading again. However, when google discovered that the searched results have already been looked at two three time, it means the search did not provide the correct answers. Maybe it should be a more formal research project, started with history of the keyword or fundamentals in wiki, then lead to recent discoveries. or solution solved announcement.

Paper reseach had been done many years, and there should be expert system for paper research methods or inference engines in object technology field.

Now that wifi data transfer speed of webpage download is limited to 900 kBps, the internet traffic is reduced very quickly. All your downloads from internet is finished in a hurry and you soon run out of interesting internet downloads. You became the occasional internet user. And other occasional internet users can get on the gateway router capacity very quickly too.

This traffic control method is in practice very effective to satisfy occasional users of huge numbers.

We have to work on OFDM(65 kBps top speed) replacement to get the data integrity better than DSSS(900 kBps) to transfer data efficiently beyond 11 mbps data rates.

Google uses gears to do offline preparation of data to be send through internet. This can be picked up on wifi traffic control, when radio signals are not presently received in packets.

Outlook express 6.0 had replies and compositions of new email in draft offline waiting to be sent on the first opportunity.

These are the only desktop apps converted to cloud computing and works on wifi traffic control to use wifi opportunity to do data transfer at the first opening of heavy traffic.

Wireless connection used to be in the operating system in the icon on the tray. This is now moved into browsers.

When you boot the operating system the drivers for wifi is installed, no connection to the gateway router until browser is launched. When browser needed webpage download, it is connected to the wifi router as an occasional user. Each time you download webpage you are connected then disconnected to allow theother 3000 occassional users to work on the same router..

This maybe the ultimate wifi traffic control and will be autoupdated by browser developers. Especially, browser operating system developers. This is now in Firefox 8.0.x, today, in addition to encoding and decoding mpeg4/h.264 for hdmi computers. Firefox is now up to date on webpage formats for all video systems including android to replace crashing chromiun browser if desired. Some day to replace IE6 on all operating systems.

Right now webpage download speed is still 550-900 kBps using DSSS mode at 11 mbps data rate. Have to keep away from OFDM mode at any speed of data rates on wifi transmission speeds.

All laptops with larger than 12" lcd screens and USB1.1(12 mbps) or pcmcia(33 mbps) can use wifi internet at upto 900 kBps(compared to DSL at 750 kbps) data transfer speed, regardless of cpu frequencies limitations(theoretically 12 mhz minimum).

Footnote:
Linux kernel 2.6.+ needs utility for pcmcia for i486 platform(Slackware 13.x) and i586 platform with Arch or mandriva rpm utility. SliTaz 3.0 stable has working pcmcia wifi drivers in kernel 2.6.30.x. Watch out for kernel versions and wifi driver compatibility in operating system.

Firefox update is done in the browser help. About Firefox gets the version; in beta channel, and downloads the latest version available. In this case, it is version 9 about 19.2 mB; so you need a fast wifi connection.

Firefox had been lost for a while to keep up with operating systems and display formats. So, market share is slowly declining. Have to run on Android and WinCE will help keep users buying tablets.

But its handling wifi traffic control and hdmi display. Being able to replace IE5 or Netscape Mosaic for W2k is big help to restore some laptops of the 1999 vintage to usefulness. Its a browser that holds up internet on older operating systems on laptops or desktops.

The basic concept of wifi traffic control is DSSS speed of 900 kBps webpage download. It shows that download manager has more technology than bit torrent, So each user is finished when they start the download. the next download is another session or event in the browser history. On internet communications, Microsoft is discovering what traffic is. Most users only do maybe ten sessions per day, then they ran out of data demands. Our life is relatively simple.

With 3/4G voice transmission traffic control could be rethink in terms of email packets of voice sentences. events are on then off. Each event is an email packet.*very short duration, which will make traffic very fast at 900 kBps. Microsoft owns Skype and can do wifi traffic control for Skype traffic control. AT&T will have to be informed.

So skype can do smartphone internet downloads? Is there a need for skype to mix voice with internet downloads of information? Such as maps or availability of buffet restaurants nearby(iPhone speech response)? Cellphones will need a switch to search the internet and get a speech response.

How 3/4G(OFDM) can piggyback on wifi(DSSS) network backhaul? (65 kBps) vs. (900 kBps).

Using wifi/g pc-card and ofdm, the packets being resend stopped the smooth packet delivery.

Using 1 mbps data rate to force DSSS mode, the effective kBps is very unstable..packet flow stops then flow again, slower than dialup modem speed. this happened to Ralink wifi/g USB too. it was chipset overheated.

So, wifi/g/n also has chipset overheating problem. The reason chipsets are easily overheated is the shrinking size of the silicon chip and the higher frequencies /g and /n circuits used. These parameters cause overheating and the wifi/g/n card is destroyed.

Orinoco however was tested and designed by Lucent(Bell telephone Labs) and can run 900 kBps sped without chipset overheating. So, when drivers do not have temperature sensing to prevent thermal runaway, wifi card got destroyed while doing the data transfer. Data error increased and packet resend increased.

We now only recommend orinoco(DSSS) wifi cards for 900 kBps usage. Micorsoft drivers and wifi traffic control has to limit data rate and tranfer speed depending on wifi chipset temperature. EHome101 wifi card can not do 350 kBps for a few minutes before the chipset overheated and cause errors in data transfer forever. Microsoft overheated my Ehome101 never got up to 550 kBps.

Unsecured WiFi traffic control has to be a system design based on packet initiated and packet reading starts until last packet has been received. No encrypted message needs to be read just garbage in to be discarded in wifi when not connected to router, because there is no packet sent initiated.

Current wifi traffic control tried to read all message in the channel that may be connected to the router later. And it even writes to hdd through virtual memory. So the computer is so busy bit no data saved is usable.

Microsoft has to know packet format of encrypted data is different from unsecured packet format. So wifi traffic control throw away packet format that holds encrypted data. When you want to use free hotspot, you double click to connect to router and send the request of webpage download. You know the length of the webpage and will read all the packets until final checksum is done.

Then your radio is off or silent, you are working offline. When you double click a request for webpage, you are back online only for the task to be finished soon Users take turns requesting webpage and gets download immediately to let other users get their internet connection..

Beware that you do not want dialup modem to be connected at all. Just wait for the wifi traffic by double click on your webpage download request to get online.

When users in the wifi traffic use /g/n wifi units, they have to be throttled to 65 kBps(2 mbps) to prevent overheating damaging their /g/n circuits. users with /b wifi, They have to be throtled to 550 kBps(5.5 mbps) to prevent data error.

Those wifi units that slows itself to less than 1 mbps, should be warned to use another undamaged wifi unit immediately. Warning not to bother with bigger antenna, if chipset gets too warm to transfer data acurately.

We now have a lot of data to support some of the fallacy of wifi transmission speed.

Footnote:
When electronics got too hot, the voltage and tolerance can not be distinguished to be 0 or1. If all the voltages are between 0.8 and 2.4 volts instead of 0 and 5 volts.

Previously I can use three wifi connections without losing any connection.

Now if I use two wifi connections from my apartment, the first one got disconnected even though the status has not been updated. So, I reconnect by scanning sites and it reconnects.

Don't know why the second wifi connection cuts off the router ip address of the first wifi connection?

So, the wifi traffic control needs re-examination. Router should hold 3000 ocassional users' ip addresses. But the Firefox browser should send a packet(single or double click) regardless of how many wifi connections nearby is sending packets? But Firefox lost all DNS servers to connect. Which means router DNS server changed its library of website ip addresses? Router has to have an outside DNS server to use.

Footnote:
When I posted from ip address of 69, I am on dialup modem. When I posted with 146 ip address, I am on wifi. Which means wifi is not available when I had to use dialup modem to post.

Every time. Firefox autoupdate, the WiFi router can not find websites. And effected IE8 too.

It had to be reprogrammed at the router to make it work again. This is done by Microsoft autoupdate group.

Users had to temporarily use dialup instead of free hotspots.

Firefox never learned, we have to get Microsoft to tell them what Firefox people did not know.

Using XP, Firefox and Chrome will connect to WiFi(wlan). IE8 will only connect to dialup or Lan(Ethernet) or VPN.

This connection problem may be confused by older W2k internet wizard. Older W2k does mot have WiFi connection capability in dialog box. It needs sp4 installed to connect WiFi automatically; hidden and can not configure in anyway.

This may need more study to get IE8/7/6 working with WiFi traffic control.
